About Austin

Austin, born and raised in Redondo Beach, joined the Epsteen & Assoicates team in Summer 2019. He was a student-athlete at California Lutheran University and graduated with honors in 2019 with a degree in Business Management. In the summer of 2018, Austin interned at E&A, where he immediately found his passion and interest in retail real estate. He performed a variety of tasks and shadowed multiple brokers in the office, learning along the entire way. Currently, he has begun the training program at E&A to build his knowledge base of the retail, real estate, and demographics of Southern California.

Austin played basketball at California Lutheran University, receiving CLU's Scholar Athlete of the Year award in 2018-2019. Austin is a highly motivated, dedicated, and hard-working individual who is eager to take his work ethic and apply it to the retail real estate industry.
